My wife and I have run a successful fee for service dental practice for the past 22 years. As we look forward to cutting back and enjoying more travel and free time together, we are looking for the right individual to continue the legacy. Our patients deserve the very best!
We are a low volume, high customer service, attention to detail practice and have the most caring staff in the business. We are excited to find someone who shares our vision and is ready to help grow the practice. Full time or part time opportunities would be considered. We have a willingness to mentor as the associate’s level of comfort dictates.
We keep most procedures “in house” yet are collaborative in our approach to comprehensive patient care. Our philosophy is to treat every patient as a member of our dental family, roll out the red carpet, and give them a 5 Star experience to tell their friends and family about.
Our office is state of the art, completely digital/paperless, we utilize digital radiography, Cerec, intra-oral cameras and have ceiling mounted TV’s in each operatory for patient comfort.
As an associate, we are looking for someone who is ambitious, has excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with patients.
Salary will be based on experience and performance. You will be paid either a daily minimum or percentage of collections. Currently we have a 99.8% collection rate.
Position is part time/full time
Work days are negotiable
