Emotional and Financial Well Being

Peak Performance Program
SDCDS offers the Peak Performance Program, a wellness initiative designed to support members in a way that feels natural and low-pressure. We recognize the importance of personal wellness, and this program aims to explore various pathways to overall well-being, encompassing mental, financial, social, and physical aspects. We will have a range of curated opportunities. These may include physical activities, creative workshops, mindfulness practices, or casual social gatherings.
Participation is entirely flexible. SDCDS staff will provide access to event details, recommended resources, and locations, but attendance is not tracked. While we do ask members to register to receive event notifications and updates, there is no attendance tracking. The goal is to provide a convenient way for members to step outside the office and unwind. This webinar aligns with the goals of the SDCDS Peak Performance Program by highlighting how financial confidence can directly support emotional well-being.
Event Details
Join for a powerful conversation on the connection between emotional and financial confidence. This webinar will explore practical strategies to help you feel more secure in your financial decisions while supporting your overall well-being. We’ll also dive into data and statistics that highlight the growing gap between our financial priorities and actual behaviors. This disconnect often leads to stress and a lack of confidence. By gaining a clearer understanding of why we own what we own, you’ll walk away with renewed clarity and actionable insights to better align your financial choices with your personal values and goals.
Speakers
Andrew Rogel, CFP®, CIMA® – Wealth Management Advisor
During his first year of college, Andrew took a securities analysis class and little did he know how much this one class would affect the rest of his life. After taking the class, his interest in investments blossomed into his biggest passion. He was consumed with the idea of learning everything possible about investments and how they worked.
Andrew originally began his career at LPL Financial working as an intern researching equity markets. From there, he transitioned over to J.P. Morgan Chase, where he was working with clients very closely regarding their financial needs. However, he always knew he wanted to be a holistic financial advisor and then Westpac Wealth Partners came along. He specializes in helping clients in the construction, engineering, biotech, and medical industries.
He is also a Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®). This certification is the peak international technical portfolio construction program for investment consultants, analysts, financial advisors and wealth management professionals. CIMA® certification continues to be one of the highest levels of advanced investment education for client-facing advisors.
When he is not working closely with clients, he is spending time with his two little ones Alexander and Angel.
