Wellness Wednesday Series – Pilates
SDCDS knows that this past year has had a significant impact on every aspect of our lives. As dentists, you wear many hats including healthcare professional, business person, parent, spouse etc. We want to ensure you are taking care of yourself as you navigate through the changes you’ve experienced. Join us every other Wednesday for a different activity to enhance your physical and mental well-being. We will send out the zoom meeting information the day before each activity. You can register for every activity or pick and choose those you are interested in.
This week – Mat Pilates
All you’ll need is a mat, can of beans (any 1lb. canned food item will suffice) and a couch pillow.
