DESCRIPTION:DESCRIPTION:Take the course through the sexual harassment training program HERE. This is a FREE self-paced course.
For employers of 5 or more employees to comply with training obligations, The State of California Civil Rights Department provides free online training courses on preventing sexual harassment and abusive conduct in the workplace.
The department has provided training for both supervisory (2-hour) and nonsupervisory (1-hour) positions.

Sample Employee Manual – contains the written harassment policy and acknowledgment that employers must have
New Employee Orientation and Onboarding Checklist – contains notices employers must provide employees at the onset of employment
Staff compensation for meetings and education – provides guidelines and requirements for staff compensation for mandatory training
Required Postings in a Dental Office – lists employment posters that are required to be conspicuously displayed at dental offices. CDA offers, as a membership benefit, reproductions of most of these posters.
