By registering for this event you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending this event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and I agree to abide by the COVID-19 safety protocols that SDCDS deems appropriate at the time of the event. We plan to continue to host in-person events for those who are comfortable to attend, but we are now going to require either proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test (performed within the 72 hours prior). Please bring either your paper vaccination card, the digital COVID-19 vaccine record from the state or your negative test records to be checked during check-in.
