Free Event Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality courses and events for our members. To ensure fairness and availability to all attendees, we have adopted a no-show policy for our free courses. If you are unable to attend a free CE course, please provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. If you don’t attend a free CE class and fail to provide the necessary notice, your free CE benefit will be waived for the year.

Paid Event Policy
We understand that you have busy lives and may need to reschedule. If you are unable to attend a paid course and wish to seek a refund, please provide a minimum of 72 hours notice before the scheduled event. Refund requests within this timeframe will be processed accordingly. Failure to provide the necessary notice will result in the loss of your refund eligibility.
