The County’s Overdose Data to Action (OD2A) team would like to share with our SDCDS members the September edition of their quarterly newsletter! It can be found at OD2A Quarterly Newsletter – September 2023.pdf. This quarter’s theme is Naloxone Distribution and includes information about the County’s Naloxone Distribution Program and naloxone access locations across the region.
The September OD2A newsletter also contains information about how prescribers can earn continuing medical education (CME) credits by completing the OD2A-developed opioid stewardship academic detailing modules, featuring a special CURES 2.0 module. Additionally, the July 2023 Overdose Quarterly Report is highlighted, containing various overdose data, such as overdoses by race/ethnicity.
