At this lively gathering, we will explore wine and food from the three of most celebrated Old World wine regions. Your hosts will guide you through wine and cheese pairings from France, Italy and Spain in a cool, warm, and friendly gallery space in one of San Diego’s most vibrant, flourishing neighborhoods.
Your Hosts:
Alison McGrath and John Clute are local hospitality veterans with over 35 years of experience in the industry.
Their hospitality consulting firm, Chloe Consulting, offers a range of services and specializes in preserving and teaching the art of old-school, gracious hospitality.
