About the Dental Business Series
The Dental Business Series is a new educational program from SDCDS created to strengthen the business side of dentistry. These sessions are designed to give dentists and practice leaders practical strategies, real-world insights, and continuing education opportunities that support long-term practice success beyond clinical training.
This two-hour seminar offers two CE credits and features two 45-minute educational sessions followed by a 30-minute panel discussion, giving attendees the opportunity to hear multiple expert perspectives and ask questions in an interactive setting.

- Build an owner’s mindset early: Understand the core financial, operational, and leadership fundamentals that determine whether a practice is simply busy, or actually profitable and sustainable.
- Master patient communication that protects production: Learn how to clearly explain treatment and dental benefits in a way that builds trust, reduces conflict, and increases case acceptance without relying on insurance.
