We will accept up to 10 (ten) boxes per member. Certified destruction will occur onsite. We are accepting X-rays, but large X-rays must be removed from files.

Paid Event Policy 

We understand that you have busy lives and may need to reschedule. If you are unable to attend a paid course and wish to seek a refund, please provide a minimum of 72 hours notice before the scheduled event. Refund requests within this timeframe will be processed accordingly. Failure to provide the necessary notice will result in the loss of your refund eligibility.
