Come and learn about SMART goals, SWOT analysis, and a bottom up approach to strategy development focused on people, processes, and systems. All of these concepts are then put into context using 3 different case studies in practices of various sizes and dynamics.
As an account manager with The Dentists Supply Company, Christina connects dentists with the products they need to be empowered to achieve their unique visions of practice success. She is an expert on dental supply shopping on tdsc.com, engaging in discussions with loyal shoppers and providing education on the site’s benefits. Christina has more than 26 years of experience in the dental industry. In addition to 15 years as a representative for major dental supply manufacturers, she has 10 years in the practice setting as a registered dental assistant and as an office manager. Additionally, she’s honed her teaching skills as a clinical instructor at Sacramento City College. Christina believes that “Few journeys to success are ever accomplished without a first, very uncertain, step.” She understands the importance of practicing dentistry on your own terms.
