It’s not often that we get to slow down and have an intentional conversation around what our best life looks like in the realm of career, family and wellness. This 1.5 hour workshop is about delving into your needs & your wellness…Imagine a combination of journaling, reflection, coaching and conversation & connection… all with the intention of supporting YOU.

Refreshments and hors d’oeuvres from 5:45-6:15pm. Workshop is from 6:15-7:45pm. *Please arrive on time as we will start promptly at 6:15. Allow time for parking.
