Mentor

What is a mentor?

A mentor is someone who shares their knowledge, expertise, and experience to guide and support another individual’s personal or professional development. They typically provide advice, encouragement, and constructive feedback, helping their mentee navigate challenges, set goals, and grow in their skills and abilities.

Mentee

What is a Mentee?

A mentee is an individual who seeks guidance, support, and knowledge from a more experienced person. The mentee actively engages in a mentorship relationship to gain insights, advice, and direction to advance their personal or professional development. Mentees often have specific goals or areas they want to improve upon and look to their mentor for guidance, feedback, and encouragement to achieve those objectives.
