For over 30 years, Angela Landsberg has been known for her visionary leadership in community-based nonprofits and trade organizations. Her innovative, forward-thinking, and collaborative work style has profoundly affected the members she has served. As the Executive Director of the San Diego County Dental Society, Angela is dedicated to facilitating access, fostering development, and supporting the implementation of quality education and training while representing the interests of the dental profession. Her commitment to promoting organizational health and membership support is only surpassed by her desire to ensure that SDCDS and its members receive the best services possible.

Crystal Washington is the Director of Member Engagement at San Diego County Dental Society. As the DME, her chief responsibility is addressing the needs of every member dentist and implementing programs that improve the dental profession. Crystal is no stranger to the world of dentistry. She has served the dental community going on four years. Having previously worked as a Drafter, Engineer, and Human resource professional, the world of dentistry has proven to be the most rewarding. Crystal is a people person and has never really met a stranger, she intends to use her expertise, southern charm, and people skills to help aid her in a successful career with the San Diego County Dental Society.

Born and raised in Sacramento, the heart of California, Katherine ventured to San Diego to pursue her degree at San Diego State University. In 2022, she graduated with a major in management and a minor in marketing.  As the Administrative Project Coordinator (APC), Katherine spearheads a variety of initiatives across the organization from the website revamp to the creation of marketing materials. She plays a central role in organizing logistics for the House of Delegates and serves as a key communicator. Katherine takes immense pride in her contributions to ‘Facets’ and the creation of the bi-monthly e-newsletter, which serve as her means of connecting with and providing valuable insights to our members.
